From the 1960's this the Ringo Starr style WFL flat base hi hat stand! Shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and rust. Chrome has some minor flaking. The screw on the bottom of the heel plate is missing so it spins freely.  Rubber feet are all present and show minor wear. Due to design, foot board has some minor side to side play. It's hardly noticeable. Height adjusts smoothly. Includes a clutch! See the pictures for more details!
