    Found this neat old scale in some of my Moms things.  Not sure on age. Highest cost on scale is is 32 cents for air mail.
    Scale seems to work as it should.  Not sure if it is blue or green?  On scale it says PHIL PA Pat Pend under the numbers.  Box is 5 X 2".
    Inside in perfect shape, outside of box has small wear and two spots on backside.
    Too neat to throw away. From a smoke free home.
