    Description

    Pennsylvania Scale Model # 7500 Counting Scale 25 lbs Min .005-lb. Cosmetically very nice condition, and not sure if this was ever used. This item was taken from a state surplus, where it was stored with other scales stacked on the top, which is why the plate shows signs of use. Side shows with no calibration records. Scale works and lights up but may need some calibrating. The screen works, but does have a glitch flash when changing numbers until its stable. The glyptal seal has never been broken until I personally opened it to see if there was a bad connection with the wires causing the screen to blink. I have a photo of the seal prior to breaking it for reference. The bottom seal was not broken. Please see photos for best idea of condition.
