From the 1970's this is a Ludwig Hercules hi hat stand. It shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and overall minor rust. Legs are sturdy with at most a slight wobble. Rubber feet are present and show minor wear. With the design, there's a touch of side to side play in the foot board. Height adjusts smoothly. No cracks or other issues with the plastic thumbscrews.
