This wash station is new, never installed. It was from a jobsite where the specifications changed from an eye/face wash to just an eye wash station.
It was unable to be returned to the supplier because the box was torn and some of the original packaging was missing so the supplier would not allow it to be returned
Comes complete with wash station, manual, sign, and chrome tailpiece.
The unit will be repackaged by us and shipped in it's original box
